Brewing is affiliated with two pioneering brewpubs here in New
England: the Northampton Brewery in Northampton, Massachusetts,
and the Portsmouth Brewery located in downtown Portsmouth, New
Hampshire. Each of these companies has its own website, which
we encourage you to check out. Here is a little about each one.

The
Northampton Brewery
The Northampton
Brewery, founded in 1987, was the second brewpub to open in New
England (after Boston's Commonwealth).
Now starting
its second decade, it remains a leader, well-known for its wide
variety of beers, original menu and fabulous outdoor beer garden.

 The Portsmouth Brewery
The
Granite State's original brewpub was founded in 1991. It is located
on Market Street in the heart of historic downtown Portsmouth.
