Smuttynose Dinner & Bourbon Pairing

Join us in the Heritage Room at the Restaurant at Smuttynose for a special 4-course dinner and bourbon pairing featuring Rabbit Hole, Jefferson’s, and Smooth Ambler bourbon whiskies.
- 5-6pm Check In & Cocktail Hour.
- Cocktail hour includes a cash bar and complimentary sampling of Smuttynose Easy Kind IPA.
- 6pm Four Course Dinner Begins.
MENU
- 1st Course Soup: Kale and sweet sausage soup paired with Jefferson’s Pritchard Hill
- 2nd Course Appetizer: Roasted red pepper hummus with garlic oil, house made sea salt pita chips and grilled cauliflower, paired with paired with Jefferson’s Ocean.
- 3rd Course Entrée: Marinated pork loin medallions, grapefruit black tea rice, and broccolini paired with Rabbit Hole Boxergrail.
- 4th Course Dessert: Tiramisu bourbon soaked cherries dipped in dark chocolate over house made tiramisu and an old brown dog whipped cream paired with Smooth Ambler Contradiction
Tickets are limited to 26 guests and seating is available by tables of 2, 4, 6, or 8 only. If joining another party, please make sure to buy your tickets together.
Event is 21+ only. Please check in at the host stand when you arrive. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
