FAQ

What Is allowed in the venue?
The following is a list of items allowed into the venue. All items that are allowed in are subject to a thorough search from our security team: Lawn Chairs, Blankets, Cameras (non-professional without a detachable lens), Umbrellas (but cannot be open during the show), Strollers (will be searched upon entry to the venue), Signs, and Medications (but must be in the original prescription container and match the ID of the person carrying it).
What is NOT allowed in the venue?
The following is a list of items that are NOT allowed into the venue: Bags or Purses (except for small clutch with max size of 4.5" x 6.5" or a clear tote with max size of 12" Wide x 12" High x 6" Deep), Fanny packs, Food & Drink (except for one factory-sealed bottle of water, 20 oz. or less per person), Coolers, iPads, Video Camera, Selfie Sticks, Pets, Drugs, Weapons.
Can I bring in a lawn chair or a blanket?
Absolutely. Remember that during the busy times of the event when artists are performing, near the stage, or if the first responder areas become too crowded, we may ask you to move or put away your chair or blanket.
Is the event 21+?
No. All ages are welcome to attend the festival.

Is the festival site ADA compliant?
Yes! (ADA compliant) The festival site is primarily on a gravel surface so it can be a little bumpy but the site is all on one level. If you have specific questions or concerns, please reach out to [email protected]
Can my company be a sponsor or a vendor at the event?
If you’d like to have space for your company or business or consider a sponsorship, please email [email protected]
Can I volunteer?
If you are 21+ and are interested in volunteering at the event, email your name, phone number and interest to [email protected]
Can I use tickets purchased from someone else online?
No. Please do not purchase tickets from someone online. Tickets are only valid if purchased through Eventbrite and require photo ID at check in. If you'd like to transfer you purchase to another person please contact [email protected]

VENUE POLICIES

Weather
The Festival will go on rain or shine. In the unlikely event of a weather emergency, like a hurricane, the show will most likely be canceled or rescheduled.
Parking
Limited parking and a round trip shuttle will be available for GA patrons in close proximity to the festival but we strongly recommend Uber, Lyft, or drop off as parking is extremely limited and we want everyone to be safe. Please don’t drink and drive!
Tailgating
We DO NOT allow tailgating in any of the on-site or off-site parking lots and on premise during the event.
Alcohol
VALID ID REQUIRED: We card everyone regardless of age. If you wish to purchase an alcoholic beverage during the festival, please bring your driver's license. A secondary ID will be necessary if you have a duplicate ID regardless of your age. A signed credit or debit card, a military or school id, a passport or anything with a signature or picture are all acceptable forms of secondary id's. Temporary or expired licenses will not be accepted. WRISTBAND REQUIRED: Wristbands are required to purchase alcohol: ID checkers will check your ID and provide you with a wrist band to purchase alcohol; bartenders cannot sell alcohol to any individual without a wristband. ID CHECKERS AVAILABLE: ID checkers will be stationed adjacent to the entry of the venue, and in close proximity to the bars inside the venue. SERVICE: Bar service will close 30 minutes after the headliner takes the stage.
Bags & Purses
Bags and purses are NOT allowed. You are allowed to bring in a small clutch purse with a maximum size of 4.5" x 6.5" or a clear bag with a maximum size of 12" wide x 12" high x 6" deep.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on campus during the festival.
No Re-Entry
Re-entry is NOT allowed. Once you enter the festival, you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter again, so please bring everything you need with you when you arrive, including your ID and secondary form of ID. Be sure to have your photo ID with you as everyone will be carded for alcohol service.
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged.
Family Friendly
The venue is family friendly. Children 2 and under are admitted free. All other guests pay normal GA and VIP ticket rates.

Festival will be held rain or shine. All tickets are standing room only access on the outdoor field at Smuttynose. Guests are allowed to bring their own chairs for lawn seating. Please drink responsibly. We encourage using Uber, Lyft, or a designated driver. Tailgating is not allowed on-premise and at event parking lots.
